Pet Stylists Melissa and Cathy are on hand to keep your pets looking their best Monday to Friday, with several drop off times available. They are able to cater to a variety of special haircuts and treatments, from new style trims and clips to just a tidy up of those hygiene areas. We understand that every breed requires something a little bit different, always the perfectionists, Melissa and Cathy will hand scissor your pet’s haircut to get it just right.

PUPPY CLIPS
Being handled by a stranger can be a bit daunting especially for young puppies. Our goal is to ensure that your pet’s grooming experience is stress free and enjoyable. We really encourage your pup to become accustomed to the grooming procedures and also to the associated noises such as clippers and blow-driers as early as possible.
This service includes a warm spa bath & blow dry brush. The delicate areas tidied, around the eyes & feet are scissored. Finished off with a bow and perfume, kiss and a cuddle.
FACE, FEET, AND TAIL (FFT)/TIDY UP
This is best used between full grooms to keep your pet looking fresh and clean. We recommend this just before and during winter as no length is taken off the coat. Lucky dogs are treated to our bath and blow dry package, with an additional hygiene clip and bottom trim. We scissor around the eyes and feet to keep them nice and clean. They receive a thorough brushing to make sure they have no knots and then some doggie cologne to complete their groom.
TURBO DE-SHED
Ideal for double coated breeds such as Pomeranian, Border Collie, Golden Retriever, Husky, Malamute. A refreshing hand bath using special shampoo to loosen the undercoat fur that sheds around the house, followed by a fluffy blow dry. Using a special brush we remove the undercoat and any tangles from the coat. Ears are cleaned, nails are clipped, finishing with a spray of perfume. Your pet will feel clean and revitalized and your house hair-free.
FULL GROOM
Traditional Breed Cuts or a Standard Clip. We can accommodate your needs just tell us the length you want & we’ll do the rest. Warm spa bath & blow dry brush. The delicate areas tidied, around the eyes & feet are scissored. Finished off with a bow and perfume.
HYDROBATHING
We offer Hydrobathing on Saturday mornings at our clinic. The Hydrobath pumps warm soapy water under pressure, giving a thorough clean. We only use premium shampoos that are best for your dogs coat and skin condition. Sensitive or medicated shampoos and flea baths are also available on request.
Ideal for pets with a short coat who need a freshen up. Your pet will receive a warm hydrobath, ear clean, towel dry and complimentary nail trim, finished off with a natural lavender and chamomile doggie cologne. However if you would like them to be completely dry, you can request a hydrobath and blow dry using a high powered blow dryer. After they are nice and dry, we do a quick brush and comb to keep those knots at bay. Before they go home, they receive a spritz with Aroma Care Cologne Coat Gloss to leave them smelling amazing.
KITTY KATS
We also groom Cats! Brush outs, knot removal and lion clips are the most commonly requested grooms. As it is safer and less stressful for your cat we only groom them under sedation supervised by a vet and a vet nurse. Cats are known to wriggle and can run the risk of being nicked if not sedated. Cats clipped under sedation also get a complimentary nail trim if required and a good brush out.
MINI PAMPER
Need a freshen up? Try our mini pamper package. Warm spa bath, blow dry & brush out. Nails clipped and ears plucked & or cleaned. All Finished off with a bow or bandana and perfume.
